Have some more music videos

BIGGA RAIJI - おなかの唄

As far as I can tell, this is a song about food. The video definitely shows lots of food. It looks tasty.
In a rare break from my usual video posting theme, Bigga Raiji is not stuck in a box. At one point in the video, he is stuck on one side of a stack of multiple boxes, which is close enough.  Still, it reminds me that it is OK for music videos to not be about people in boxes.  Maybe the next one I post will have boxes at all.
I was a little disappointed to not see Smalla Raiji in this video. Perhaps he will appear in the next one.

A new poll!

Yes.
I don't need to make this post.
You can see it in the top/right corner.

Results of the first poll

The poll question was "Do you enjoy answering polls?"
Only one person responded "no," but since there were 70 something visitors during the polling period that didn't respond at all, it seems like "no" was by far the most popular answer.
3 answered "yes", which I can't think of anything interesting to say about.
Another 3 said "yes, only if the answer is yes", which tells me that internet polls really should not be trusted at all.  I think that I would respond "no" if I really believed no and it saddens me deeply that you would not.
This has completely destroyed my opinion of opinion polls.
I will make another poll right now.

Slown down by the world.

Is "slown" a word?  I guess it means the same thing as "slowed", so probably not.  I still like it.
Anyway, as is written above, my blog postings have been slown due to the world.  More specifically, the part of the world that relates to me graduating from college (eventually).  The slowness will end soon.

Thank you for your time.

More joyous comic.

Today brings not only the sixth page of Real Sponge Adventures, but also the first major plot twist.
Enjoy it.
Or if you prefer, don't enjoy it.
Here it is.

Yes. This is a comic update post.

RSA5

Also note that you have less than one full day to answer the poll question in the top-right corner.

Time has passed, so I will allow myself to make a post about Muppets.

I think I last saw this segment when I was six or seven.

I know it was intended to be funny, but it made me afraid to sleep in beds near walls for years after. I thought a gnu might crash his head through the wall while I slept and sing me a song and/or eat me alive.

If I understood back then that it was just a head mounted on the muppet man's wall, I'm not sure if I would have been more or less disturbed. A living head with no body is technically much less dangerous than one with, but it should also not exist in this world. And even a regular gnu is unable to sing, but I could (and still do) make an exception to that rule for Muppets.  I suggest you do the same.

Jim Henson's The Cube

This is a person-in-a-box movie very much like the music video I posted the other day, but older (1969), longer (one hour), and with fewer flashing lights (none at all).
I recommend following the link to the Google Video page so you can see the incredible visuals more clearly.
Also, if you were wondering, there are no Muppets. I may or may not post videos about muppets in the future, but not today.

Comic update!

Video that you should see today

This appears to be a commercial for being eaten by pandas that I found at Tokyo Mango. Being eaten by pandas is apparently very good for you.  I intend to try it some time.

Third comic

These post titles don't make sense.  This is not my third comic, but the third page of my only comic.  I will fix this eventually.  For now:

Video that you should watch today

This is Suzuki Ami joins Nakata Yasutaka - FREE FREE

It is the tragic tale of a woman trapped in a large box lined with flashing lights.  She wants to be set free (free free), which she expresses through singing dancing, and lying on the floor, but her captor will not give her that freedom. Instead, he will give her repetitive electronic music to accompany her pleading.  Surprisingly, she seems glad to accept that substitution.  Sometimes, televisions appear out of nowhere in the box.  These are hallucinations representing her deteriorating mental health due to sensory overstimulation.

This video is clearly a metaphor for human society in general.  We think we are free and just like listening to music, but in reality, we are prisoners to that music.  Only when there is no more music will we be truly free (free free).  The problem is that everyone likes music.  We don't want to be free (free free).

Second Comic

I have to decided after one day to stop putting thumbnails of Real Sponge Adventures in this blog.  Thumbnails could spoil future events for new readers and that would bad.  I will use text links instead from now on.
Text links are revolutionary and amazing in that they take you places you have not even seen yet.  I recommend you click on them.

As you may have noticed, I just posted links to both today and yesterday's comic.  I will probably not continue doing that after a few days as it could get annoyingly long.

First comic

Real Sponge Adventures source materials

I have an idea for a webcomic.

I've always liked webcomics, but I never had a good enough reason to make one of my own.  Now, I think I do and I am announcing it here so that I can't change my mind and not do it.  This post is proof that the idea was thought of and that the thinker of the idea was me.  I should write what that idea is too.  It is in the next paragraph.
My comic will be titled Real Sponge Adventures.  I have always disliked Spongebob Squarepants.  A cartoon about a sponge could be amazing, but Spongebob is nothing like a sponge at all.  He is just called a sponge, and millions of children and stupid people believe it.  Real sponges don't wear pants and they are definitely not square.  They live at the bottom of the ocean and do nothing at all except absorb nutrients.  Real sponges are sad and bored.
With Real Sponge Adventures, I intend to portray the boredom and sadness of sponges as accurately as possible, while hopefully somehow keeping my audience entertained.  You are my audience.  Be entertained.

This blog template is starting to grow on me.

I think I might keep it now, despite have said otherwise 10 hours ago.  Feel free to comment with your opinion.

This is a really ugly blog template.

I will change it to something better eventually.

Video about someone's kitten with a song about a kitten by someone else who is not the owner of the first kitten.

This video has nothing to do with anything, but video-in-blog technology did not exist when I last blogged, so I wanted to test it.  It seems to work, so don't bother watching.

New blog. Now less ambitious.

Welcome to here.

You may or may not remember The Blog That Will Change Everything (Eventually).  That was also written by my me and ended about 15 months ago after failing to change everything.  Fifteen months ago is not eventually now, but it was at some time before it occurred.
I now redefine "eventually" to be some arbitrary time in the future, which will probably not happen for a while.  I will not define "a while" at all,  just to be safe.  With the new title, I am also allowing for the possibility that this blog may not change everything.  I am still aiming for most things, which I think is more realistic.
I noticed after first typing the name that "m" looks sort of like an upside down "w", so tbtmcee being the sequel to tbtwcee is sort of appropriate.  I intend to update when I feel like it.

Enjoy your stay.
